Truly Holding On To Jesus Means More Than Just Knowing About Him.

We are talking about holding on to Jesus as the lifeline of our lives and eternity in the last couple of Thoughts From The Pastor. In the Word of God, In the book of 1 and 2 Peter, we see that Peter alludes to the idea that we need to be reminded about God's solid truths repeatedly so that we keep our focus where it should be. This is true even more today with the plethora of information, distractions, and pleasures of this world that are constantly pushed on us. We must continually go back to truth and be challenged to test our hearts honestly. Asking ourselves, "Am I holding on to Jesus as the lifeline of my days, life, and eternity?"
